On Call Contracting Group is a family owned, local, established storm restoration company looking to hire motivated customer success managers in Virginia. Due to high demand, thousands of properties need exterior/interior repair, restoration, and remodeling.

We’re looking for a go-getter with a great personality that can create quality relationships and maintain a high level of customer service with our high-end clients. Traveling to potential and existing properties to discuss products and close customers to make purchases or help them add value to their home.

• • Monthly income minimums $8-10k+ each month
  • Ability to manage your own schedule and clients
  • Weekly draws based on performance
  • 100% Large Commission pay outs per job

Qualifications

• • Must have reliable transportation!
  • Must be extremely presentable in person, with strong social/people skills.
  • close leads and scheduling face-to-face meetings with potential and existing customers
  • Past sales and/or industry experience
  • Must have a proven success record in sales and working with others
  • Must be energetic, social and have great people skills
  • Must be a Fire Starter, with a great attitude
  • Training is available the first 2 weeks – assisting and working with our current sales reps.
  • Can get your hands dirty on the job, climb a roof, do an inspection.
